The world is different now because of the pandemic, and a lot of us are stuck inside in isolation. I wanted to talk to someone who is uniquely trained for living in isolation so I called retired NASA astronaut Nicole Stott. Nicole spent 18 days underwater training to go to space, and over 100 days living in isolation on the International Space Station.
